From the Artist
I'm interested in creating beautiful vessels with a translucence that will contain the ashes without totally concealing them. I do this by combining the apparent softness of the frosted surface, the muted colors, and the elegance & fluidity of hot glass. I've also tried to combine my love for the glassblowing process with a sense of honoring those who are no longer with us.
