If you choose to provide information to us, we use it only to fulfill your request for information or services.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States.  A shipping chart is located below. ( We have the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of your order. Custom orders will take longer.

Payment Policy

For Your Security,Keepsakes and Memorials by Sandra Todd has chosen to receive payment only through PayPal . You do not have to have an account with them to make a payment.

Return Policy

All in stock merchandise is returnable within seven days of your delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Gift certificate purchase and Sale items are not refundable.

Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. However if a mistake is made by our company, we will promptly correct it.

A 50% deposit will be required before any custom work is started. Once started this deposit is not refundable.
